Washer & Dryer access can be provided for long term stays.
Sleeps 4. Twin size day bed converts to a King with additional Pop-Up unit or roll out and use as additional Twin-size bed. All (3) mattresses are brand new memory foam. New Daiken 18,000 BTU mini split keeps the home nice and cool! Huge driveway, perfect for parking trailers, boats, etc.

Workshop behind home is off limits for guests.

Other things to note:
My outdoor cat may greet you on the patio. He is deaf, don’t be alarmed if he is a little louder around you. He is good around other animals. May act a little cautious with new guests.
Main residence may be occupied by myself or other guests during your stay.
Please leave Glass garage door closed at all times.
Bathroom fan has a 5 second delay after flipping switch.
Washer and Dryer access can be available for stays longer than 5 days.
Additional parking for boats, RV's, trailers, or other vehicles can be available for additional $25 fee per vehicle.
Outdoor security camera at front doors for your safety and property protection. No indoor security cameras.
As a reminder: we have insects in Texas (mostly mosquitoes, ants, flies, roaches, palmetto bugs, wasps, asps, & spiders). Bugs are not associated with cleanliness issues and occasionally come from outside.

We are unable to offer any guarantee against nor refunds for an occasional bug or wildlife that gets in the house.
